Shipping policy

At Rose Joy Studio, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. In-stock orders typically process and ship within 3-7 business days. Keep in mind that processing and shipping times may vary, especially during sales, new product launches, and for pre-orders.

Please be aware that once we hand off your package to the carrier, we are not responsible for it. The actual delivery time depends on the shipping carrier. Ensuring the accuracy and safety of your shipping address is your responsibility, as we cannot be held liable for incorrectly entered information or any issues with delivery, including packages that are left, stolen, re-routed, or go missing. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.

International Shipping

For our international friends, please note that, at this time, we do not offer international package shipping.

Preorders

If you've placed a preorder, rest assured that we'll ship it out as soon as it's ready. Processing times for preorders can vary but typically fall within 1-3 weeks. Please be aware that these dates are estimates and may be updated without prior notice.

For orders containing one or more "preorder" items, the entire package will be shipped once all contents become available.
